middle tee, soft toss, one hand top and bottom, Bunts drags, sac, and push, loads, grip and hand placement,)

12:30 Defensive Lab Breakdown
Pre pitch, prep step, glove position, understanding footwork, back hand fore hand, reading the hop, Pop ups, fielding ground ball in the outfield and the infield, importance communication,)
2:00 Throwing program/fielding Group Separation
Players will be separated into groups according to skill level and age. Players will have field days and Lab days the schedules will be posted on web site at Californiaacademyofbaseball.org . Please look at the main calendar for your Players group and you will know where to report.

Players must bring a sack lunch and plenty of drinking water::::
Field practice: players must wear full baseball attire and protective gear.
Labs: players can wear shorts, shirt, running shoes, and hat.
