the boys will need to be there at 5pm. You can also go to the web site for tournament schedule.
Please have the boys wear their Navy jersey and Navy hat with navy, Grey or white sports shorts for opening ceremonies.
OPENING NIGHT SCHEDULE
Wednesday, July 23rd – Big League Dreams Chino Hills
3:00-5:00 Team Check In – Big League Dreams Chino Hills:
9U, 10U, and 11U will check in at the American League Side Check-In Tables
12U, and 13U will check in at the National League Side Check-In Tables
(*Managers Only – Players do not need to be present at Check-In* *Managers must have a copy of each player’s birth certificate*)
6:00 OPENING CEREMONIES: Opening Ceremonies on Yankee Stadium. All teams will line up on Tiger Stadium by their team sign.
7:00 PLAYERS AND COACHES PICNICS: Each player and coach must have their meal ticket given at Check-In The picnic will be behind the Soccer Pavilion
7:30 SKILLS COMPETITION See the Skills Competition Flyer in your Check-In Bag
8:30 MANAGERS MEETING – Teams must have a representative present Inside the Soccer Pavilion All times are tentative. Each event will proceed as soon as the previous event is finished
